Return Policy

A/ Appreciation Period

According to the regulations of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers on this website are entitled to a seven-day reconsideration period for goods.

If the delivery exceeds seven days (including holidays), we regret that we cannot process returns.

Returned goods must be in new condition and complete packaging (maintaining the integrity of the product, accessories, packaging, paper box, and all accompanying documents or information). Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.


B/ Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges for defective products.

If you have a return request, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide information such as "name," "order number," "contact phone number," "product name for return or exchange," "reason for return or exchange, and photos." Customer service will assist you with the return or exchange.

1. Non-defective products are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Unconditional returns or exchanges must meet one of the following conditions:
2.1. The received product does not match the ordered product.
2.2. The accessories in the product packaging are incomplete, or the product specifications do not match the outer packaging instructions.

3. Returned products must be in complete condition, with all accessories. The main body of the product and its contents (such as various accessories, manuals, gifts, etc.) must not be deficient, damaged, written on, marked, damaged due to use or incorrect installation (such as scratches, falls, circuit burns, compression deformation, interface or pin breakage, foreign object entry, moisture, damage to product barcodes or warranty labels, removal, alteration, re-sticking, or indistinguishability) and any visible signs of human damage or use.
4. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products received more than seven days (including holidays).
