A/ Cooling-off Period
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers on this website are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of the goods; returns cannot be processed beyond seven days (including holidays) from the date of receipt. Returned items must be in brand-new condition and complete packaging (maintaining the integrity of the product, accessories, packaging, cardboard box, and all accompanying documents or materials), otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
B/ Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges for "defective items" only. If you have a return request, please get in touch with customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide information such as "name," "order number," "contact phone number," "name of the product for return or exchange," "reason for return or exchange, and photos," etc. Once customer service receives the information, they will assist you with the return or exchange.
- Non-defective items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Unconditional returns and exchanges must meet one of the following conditions:

- Returned products must be kept intact with all accessories. The product body and its contents (such as accessories, manuals, gifts, etc.) must not have any shortages, damages, written text or markings, damages caused by incorrect use or installation (such as scratches, drops, circuit burns, deformation from squeezing, interface or pin damage, foreign objects entering, moisture, damage to product barcodes or warranty labels, removal, alteration, reapplication, or illegibility, etc.), and any visible damage or traces of human use.
