When you receive calls with a prefix like "+", "+2", "+886", etc., please be extra cautious. Be aware that scammers may alter their phone numbers or pretend to be from specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Do not click on unknown links, accept unfamiliar LINE friend invitations, or open suspicious text messages.
Common scams include claims of "duplicate orders" or "mistaken installment payments" to gain your trust and then instruct you to perform online banking or ATM operations. If you receive calls regarding bank transactions, please contact your bank directly. If the caller asks you to operate your account or provide information, refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.
Please also regularly change your passwords, strengthen password complexity (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers), and avoid entering account passwords on public computers to enhance your information security.
