Warranty Service

A/ Warranty Information

Mistel Limited provides a one-year warranty service for products according to the service content.

Mistel warranties its products to be free from defect in materials, workmanship, function or operation problems under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Mistel will replace or repair (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge.
Replace or repair products that are over 1 year warranty period will have to be taken on case by case basis.

Damage caused by the following reasons is not covered by the product warranty:

1. Self-modification or repair

2. Failure to use according to the user manual specifications.

3. Normal wear and tear or the product's appearance becoming old after use.

4. Faults caused by accidents, actions, or negligence outside the normal usage range,    including water immersion or damage caused by external force.

 

B/ Warranty Certificate

Customers must provide the purchase invoice (or proof of purchase) as the basis for warranty calculation. If the customer cannot provide proof, the original factory shipment date recorded by the product serial number will be used as the calculation basis.

 

C/ Applying for Warranty Service

If the product experiences malfunctions or defects during the warranty period, please contact us via email or through official Facebook personnel. Customer service will assist in confirming whether the product needs to be sent for repair. If necessary, they will further assist the customer in completing the testing and repair process.


D/ Post-Warranty Repair Notes

1. For products beyond the warranty period, repair fees will be charged based on the actual situation.

2. Customer service will contact the customer, inform them of the possible repair costs, and inquire if they agree to pay for the repair. The customer is responsible for paying the round-trip shipping costs.

3. The repaired parts from paid repairs will be provided with a six-month warranty period (months need to be confirmed).

 

E/ Obtain Replace, Repair service

If you need to have your product repaired or replaced, please contact us via services@mistelkeyboard.com

Don’t forget to include following information:

1. Main problem in the mail subject

2. Order number, place of purchase and pruchase date

3. Full Name

4. Detail description about the problem (With a photo of the defective parts or the recording of your malfunction )


***KINDLY REMINDER*** Solid evidence are required for us to process your service. No further actions will be taken if the information is considered incomplete. 


F/ Shipping Fee

Under these circumstances, Mistel will be responsible for your shipping fee (maximum of USD $30)

1. The shipping is taken place because of warranty service

2. The shipping is taken place because of product defect or malfunction and you decide to return for refund.


Otherwise customers will need to cover the shipping for reasons that are not listed above.

 

G/ Responsibility Limitations

Mister Limited is not obligated to compensate the purchaser or any third party for other inevitable, indirect, incidental losses arising from product defects, such as loss of income, loss of business investment, loss of goodwill, or hindrance to business relationships. Mister Limited does not bear any compensation liability for damage or malfunction of other equipment caused by its own products.

 

H/ Exclusions

This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.
