01 Non-Transferrable Limited Warranty
Mistel warranties its products to be free from defect in materials, workmanship, function or operation problems under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Mistel will replace or repair (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge.
Replace or repair products that are over 1 year warranty period will have to be taken on case by case basis.
This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.
03 Limits of Liability
Mistel will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of the products. Damages include, but are not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other devices or equipment. In no event will Mistel be liable for more than the amount of the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the retail price of the product. By using Mistel product, the user accepts all terms herein.
04 Obtain Replace / Repair service
If you need to have your product repaired or replaced, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
Don’t forget to include following information:
• Main problem in the mail subject
• Order number, place of purchase and pruchase date
• Full Name
• Detail description about the problem (With a photo of the defective parts or the recording of your malfunction )
***KINDLY REMINDER*** Solid evidence are required for us to process your service. No further actions will be taken if the information is considered incomplete.
05 Shipping fee
Under these circumstances, Mistel will be responsible for your shipping fee (maximum of USD $30)
• The shipping is taken place because of warranty service
• The shipping is taken place because of product defect or malfunction and you decide to return for refund.
Otherwise customers will need to cover the shipping for reasons that are not listed above.
